Our production team carries out quality checks at each stage of manufacture, the wallpapers do not leave our workshop without us being 100% sure of the quality.
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your purchase, contact our team and we will make it right. It is important to note that our wallpapers are made to measure, so they are unique for each wall, they have no resale value.
For this reason we are unable to accept refunds due to a change of plan or after installation.
For a printing defect, a defective product, we will be there to take the responsibility and we will do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible. We will ask you to send us photos to see the error and we will then be able to send you a replacement wallpaper within 90 days of receipt of the first order.
Each time a wallpaper is ordered on our site, we take a screenshot of it in order to check that, once manufactured, it corresponds to what you expected. However, sometimes we make mistakes. In this specific case, we will offer you an exchange once the problem has been identified.
